In 1989, Mr. Levorn Robinson started Robinson’s Airport Shuttle. Mr. Robinson's son joined the business that same year. They ran the shuttle service out of the Waterloo Municipal Airport. The business quickly gained a reputation of quality and professionalism and the services began to expand. In 1996 the business changed its name to Alpha Express and they transitioned to solely hauling freight and other goods.
In 2004, the company experienced more growth and started securing contracts with large companies in the mid-west. Alpha Express also expanded into the services or parking lot sweeping and line painting (striping). In 2006, the company included services as moving for both households and businesses. We do local moves as well as long distance
moves; and will assist with packing. In 2007, Alpha Express started lawn maintenance and snow removal for businesses and households.
Our team has grown to over 30 members who are loyal and dedicated to quality service. Alpha Express is well known in the community as they frequently donate services to churches and other non-profit organizations.
